Is it worth it? What one closing is worth

The test for any package: does about one extra closed side a year pay for it? The table assumes a 2.5% commission per side and 80% kept after the brokerage split. Your numbers will differ; the arithmetic will not.

Annual volumePackageYear one at listOne extra side is worthSides to pay for it
$2M to $8M a year
average sale $350,000
Foundation$1,950$7,0000.3
$8M to $25M a year
average sale $450,000
Visibility$7,490$9,0000.8
$25M and up
average sale $750,000
Signature$16,500$15,0001.1

Year one at list is the setup fee plus twelve monthly payments. Signature uses its starting price; a real quote may be higher because the scope is bigger.

House rules

Written into the services agreement and repeated in every sales conversation.

You own everything with your name on it.

Domain, Google Business Profile, Zillow and Realtor.com stay in your accounts. We get manager access. If you leave, you keep the site files too.

Every fact has a source.

License record, MLS export, award letter or published list. No invented numbers, no rounding up, no unsourced "top 1%".

No promised rankings or AI placements.

We report the measured trend, good or bad. Google and Perplexity move in weeks; ChatGPT and Claude can take 6 to 12 months.

One Signature client per market and specialty.

Your market is yours while you are a client.

Photos are owned or licensed.

Your own photos, or ones with a written license. Nothing copied from Zillow, Redfin or the MLS.

Brokerage rules come first.

Your brokerage name sits next to your contact details on every page, and its brand guidelines are checked before launch.

Questions about pricing and terms

Why is there a monthly fee on Visibility and Signature?

Because the work continues after launch: tracking runs daily, profiles need rechecking, new listings and sales get added, and each January the new year’s numbers and awards are updated everywhere. Foundation has no monthly fee because you run it yourself after launch.

Can I start with Foundation and upgrade?

Yes. Everything in Foundation is the base of the other two packages, so nothing is thrown away. You pay the difference in setup fees and start the monthly plan.

What happens if I cancel?

Visibility has a six-month minimum, then it is month to month. Signature is a twelve-month term. After that, cancel any time. You keep the site, the domain and every account, because they were yours from the start.

How is payment handled?

Half of the setup fee to start, half at launch or 45 days after signing, whichever comes first. Monthly fees are billed in advance. Pass-through costs beyond what a package includes, such as extra wire fees or MLS data fees, are billed at cost.

Is there a contract?

A short services agreement: scope, payment terms, who owns what, our no-guarantee rule and how cancellation works. Plain language, a few pages.

What do founding clients agree to?

In return for the founding rate: a written testimonial, a case study with before-and-after numbers, two introductions, and their checklist done promptly. The list price appears on the invoice so the discount is visible.
